Billy Zane has signed on to star in the independent feature "Memory," joining Dennis Hopper and Ann-Margret who already have been cast in the psychological thriller about a medical researcher who taps into the genetically stored memories of a killer. Zane will play the researcher. "Memory" will be directed by Bennett Davlin and produced by 3210 Films partners Davlin, Jesse Newhouse and Anthony Badalucco. Brandon Hogan and Robert J.
