Dennis Hopper has signed on to star in indie feature "Memory (mem-(o)-re" for shingle 3210 Films.
Hopper will play a retired doctor and the colleague of a medical researcher who taps into the genetically stored memories of a killer. Fully financed pic, budgeted at $3.5 million, will start shooting February in Vancouver.
3210's writer/director Bennett Davlin will direct pic, which is being produced by Jesse Newhouse and Anthony Badalucco. Brandon Hogan and Robert J. Monroe will exec produce.
